Cancellation policy
If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
- 100% if cancelled 30 or more days prior to the Check-in Date
- 50% if cancelled 14-29 days prior to the Check-in Date
- No refund will be given if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given
House Rules
- No smoking
- No parties
- Dog allowed only if pre-approved by homeowner
- No additional guests other than rental party are permitted on the premises, without prior permission from Homeowner
- Our properties require a 2 night minimum stay on Fridays-Saturdays
- No children under 12
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event and you need to cancel within the 30 days. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
Trip insurance is a minimal amount and worth the cost. Note that we do not sell trip insurance, but you can purchase it on your own through TravelGuard or CSA Travel, as well as other companies. Be sure to carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know which cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not.
